Event Check-in App for Calendarize it!
Checking guests in smarter starts right here. Speed up the lines at your next event. With the Event Check-in App for Calendarize it! you can easily manage check-in for your events. In order to use the Event Check-in App, you will need the Event Tickets WooCommerce for Calendarize it! add-on.
Check in guests by scanning the QR codes on their tickets.
Easily manage devices from the website back-end. Allow multiple devices to check in guests for events. Set specific time frame where guest check-in is allowed. Manage what devices are able to do: Scan tickets, View Guest List and Undo Check-in.

In the wp-admin, the Event Administrator can manage the devices, which can perform Event Check-in. It is possible to provide this access to other user roles as well.
Below you will find a short description of the different screens in the App.
Event Check-in for Calendarize it! welcome screen.
When you first launch the App it is not yet authorized to perform Check-in for any events.
You will see this Alert for a few seconds and then the device will be ready to scan the Access QR Code.
Have your Access QR Code ready and press the button to initiate the scan. This will authorize the device to perform Event Check-in.
If the Access QR Code is valid the name of the event, which the device is now authorized to is displayed.
You can now start scanning tickets.
The Administrator can set a specific time frame where Event Check-in is allowed.
The device will not be allowed to perform Event Check-in outside this set timeframe.
It is possible to not set a timeframe.
When you scan a valid ticket you will briefly see an alert like this.
Immediately following the Valid Ticket alert the Ticket Details will display.
It is also possible to undo Check-in from this screen.
If you choose to undo Check-in a Check-in is Undone alert will show.
Immediately following the Check-in is Undone alert the Ticket Details will display.
If you attempt to scan a ticket that was already Checked in, an Alert will display.
In the Guest List tab you can view all ticket holder and easily see who has been Checked in.
You can easily search ticket holders by using the type-ahead search.
The Administrator can decide whether the device is authorized to view the Guest List.
In the Event tab, you can see which event your device is currently authorized for.
You can clear the event and scan a new Access QR Code.
